Every year, DataForce invites twelve industry experts to participate in our annual Charity League. These are some pretty big names, representing some pretty impressive fantasy sites, playing for pride and for charity.

DataForce contributes all prize winnings to the charity of choice for the top two winners.
These guys will be drafting in a standard Draftmaster League over the next week or so. Follow along on the draft board here once it gets started. Be sure to also follow the experts on their Twitter/X, Bluesky, and other social media accounts as they discuss the draft.
New Waivers Enhancement
DataForce Fantasy Football has added two new features this last week that you’ll want to know about. The first is a change to how you can choose waivers, and the second is a more exciting topic we’ll cover in the next section.

In the past, it could sometimes get confusing when you tried to enter waiver bids and had an empty bench spot or two on your roster. How do you specify which of your added players you want to slot into the empty bench spots and which you’re willing to give up other players for? There was usually a way to set up your waiver bids to accomplish your goals, but it wasn’t always intuitive.
Well, it is now. This change has been requested by several people, and it’s been implemented live for this week’s waiver run. We think it’s valuable to keep our software simple and intuitive, and our approach to waiver bidding demonstrates this, but we think this change is warranted.
If you have empty roster spots, the waivers page will now show them as options in your WAIVE box. The image shown is an example of a team with three empty roster spots. Just treat those WAIVE options as you would any player you’re dropping.
You don’t HAVE to use this new feature, of course. Just leave these new “open roster spot” boxes alone, with no qualifications on player selection, and the software will operate exactly as it used to, filling up your roster first with your initial winning bids.
Player Analysis Page

How many of you noticed this new feature? A “look at me” box popped up on many of your team management pages last week. You can see it on the Draft page, the Waivers page, the Free Agent page, the Draft List page, and the Watch List page. You’ll see it anywhere there’s an “Available Players” box to choose players from.
Just try dragging a player to the box. Or click on an Available Players option and select option “Look”. This will open another browser tab and display a portal to view a full player analysis, for the guy you’re wanting to examine.
There are several site options provided:
- Fantasy Nerds
- Fantasy Pros
- Football Guys
- 4for4.com
- MyFantasyLeague
- Draft Sharks
You can switch switch between the sources as you explore. (For pay sites like 4for4.com and Football Guys, you may not see a full analysis without a paid membership.)
It gets even better. When you find your favorite site, be sure to record that site as your Player Analysis Link in the Owner->Setup page!
