DataForce's e-Check Regulations

Welcome to DataForce's e-check processor! We are able to accept e-checks from all American and most Canadian banks.

The amount we can accept from you as an e-check depends upon several factors:

1. Your e-check history for this customer account and checking account. The more checks you send us, assuming they clear, the higher your limit.
2. How recent your e-check history is.
3. Your current account balance and teams purchased this year.
4. Any NSFs we have processed on this account.
5. How close we are to the beginning of the NFL season, since we must have time to recover bad checks.
6. Your recent uncleared checks count toward the limit. Checks generally clear within seven working days.

Generally, the more you use e-checks, the more we can trust you. Every account is given an "e-check rating" indicating the total amount of uncleared checks we can accept from you:

• Level 0: We cannot accept your checks
• Level 1: We can hold up to $110 in uncleared checks
• Level 2: We can hold up to $250 in uncleared checks
• Level 3: We can hold up to $520 in uncleared checks
• Level 4: We can hold up to $1030 in uncleared checks

Your check will usually clear in seven working days.

This limit is in effect until your check(s) clear, after which a new limit will be determined Submitting a fraudulent e-check is a crime!
