We’ve enjoyed two weeks of the regular season, now. Have you found everything you need on DataForce?
For the newbies among us, and for the veterans who don’t have the time to spend browsing software looking for hidden features, we present this list of a dozen items you may not yet have discovered at DataForce Fantasy Football.
This is feature-rich software, and even if you don’t use all these features, just following the navigation paths could be an invaluable exercise to learn your way around and discover other useful tools.
Remember: Web pages at DataForce are divided into two halves: The Administration hub and the Team Manager hub.
HINT FOR MOBILE USERS: Navigating via manual menu selection using the Hub Menu requires that you first select the appropriate hub! Don’t click HUB MENU until you’ve chosen either the Administration hub or the Team Manager hub.
1. The Live-Stats Dropdown
Without a doubt, we get more questions like this than anything else as the season starts: “How can I see live stats for all the team matchups in a particular league?”
It’s hidden in the dropdown at the top of the page. Look for ALL MY DATAFORCE TEAMS and click there. It’ll give you an option to select just one league, and will then present all of the matchups for that league.
This dropdown is also how you can see Tin Baby, Twin Baby, and TE+ leagues.
- Desktop: Click Team Manager, then Live Scoring
- Mobile: Touch Manager Hub, scroll to bottom, choose Live Stats
- App Shortcut: Swipe from the left, choose Live Scoring
2. The Rulebook
Who reads rules, am I right? But a few of us do.
The rulebook is quite extensive, and is tucked away on the Administration hub. It’s got its own menu button on the Desktop version.
- Desktop: Click Administration, then Rules
- Mobile: Touch Admin Hub, then Rules
3. The Setup Page
Your setup page controls everything. If you haven’t visited it yet, you really need to. Here are a few of the critical options:
- Your team name and icon
- Your preferred player analysis and projections
- Your preferences for notifications. When do you want to get an email? A text? A push notification on the app?
- Whether or not your email address should be made public.
- Desktop: Click Team Manager, pick any team, hover over Owner, choose Setup
- Mobile: Touch Manager Hub, pick any team, choose Setup
4. The Players Page
Everything you want to know about a player’s stats and fantasy team ownership, including the percentage owned and started for each player.
Go here FIRST if you’re trying to figure out where to find a player: On a roster, on waivers, on free agency, or even possibly out of play.
- Desktop: Click Team Manager, pick any team, hover over League, choose Players
- Mobile: Touch Manager Hub, pick any team, select Players
5. The Mobile App
DataForce’s mobile app was completely revamped in the 2026 offseason. Take a step up from the mobile version (the default web version for mobile devices) to the actual app.
If you haven’t upgraded to at least version 2.1.1, please do this now!
- Desktop: Click Administration, hover over About DFF, choose Download App
- Mobile: Touch Admin Hub, then Hub Menu, open About DFF, choose Download App
6. The Notepad
Did you know you can keep notes on each of your teams?
Just go to the dashboard page and click on the notepad icon near the top. Once you start taking notes, that notepad will also be available on your My Teams page, so you can see all teams at once that have notes.
- Desktop: Click Team Manager, pick any team, click the notepad icon near top left
- Mobile: Touch Manager Hub, pick any team, touch notepad icon near top left
- App Shortcut: Swipe from the left, choose Dashboard, touch notepad icon near top left
7. The Player Search
Playing in several leagues? Here’s a really handy tool.
Select any player and see where he is in all your leagues at once. When the news comes out about a stud running back going down with an injury, quickly head over to this page and find his handcuff in all leagues.
- Desktop: Click Team Manager, pick any team, hover over Owner, select Player Search
- Mobile: Touch Manager Hub, pick any team, touch Hub Menu, open Owner, select Player Search
8. The Watch List
Take it one step further than the Player Search and use the Watch List.
This lets you record certain players and follow their status from week to week in all your leagues. Want to know when a particular sleeper gets dropped anywhere? Here’s the tool you want.
- Desktop: Click Team Manager, pick any team, hover over Owner, select Watch List
- Mobile: Touch Manager Hub, pick any team, touch Hub Menu, open Owner, select Watch List
9. The Locker Room
Design your own look at DataForce Fantasy Football. Choose your colors and more in the Locker Room.
This feature is new as of the 2026 off-season.
- Desktop: Click Administration, hover over My Account, choose Locker Room
- Mobile: Touch Admin Hub, then Hub Menu, open My Account, choose Locker Room
10. The Referral Number
Near the top right of your My Account page is an ID/Referral Number which has two purposes:
- Share it with your friends to refer DataForce Fantasy Football and earn bonus money to spend on leagues.
- Use it for FootballGuys.com to integrate their tools with your DataForce teams.
- Desktop: Click Administration, then My Account, look for ID/Referral Number near the shopping cart icon
- Mobile: Touch Admin Hub, select Account, touch Full Screen Version
- App Shortcut: Swipe from the left, choose My Account, touch Full Screen Version
As a side note, you’ll also want to know where each League ID resides, for integration with FantasyPros.com and other sites. You’ll find it tucked away at the bottom left of the Dashboard page.
11. The Matchups Page
See how you pair up with this week’s opponent on the matchups page.
- Desktop: Click Team Manager, pick any team, hover over Owner, select Matchups
- Mobile: Touch Manager Hub, pick any team, touch Hub Menu, open Owner, select Matchups
12. The Waiver Results
Curious how the waiver bids got processed? Most of your questions can be answered on three different pages, all under the Waivers menu button of the desktop version.
- Bidding History – shows all of the bids and their results
- Winning Bids – narrows it down just the bids that won, and the adds/drops that occurred
- Original Bids – This shows precisely how each team bid on players.
- Desktop: Click Team Manager, pick any team, hover over Waivers, select desired page
- Mobile: Touch Manager Hub, pick any team, touch Hub Menu, open Waivers, select desired page
13. Submitting a Support Ticket
Still can’t find what you’re looking for? It’s probably there somewhere. Let’s make it a baker’s dozen and point you to the Support Ticket page.
There are actually two support ticket pages; one on each hub. We prefer you use the Team Manager version after selecting a league, if your question/problem/suggestion has anything to do with a particular league, since that gives us all the info we need about your league. It’s hidden at Talk->Support Ticket.
- Desktop: Click Team Manager, pick any team, hover over Talk, select Support Ticket
- Mobile: Touch Manager Hub, pick any team, touch Hub Menu, open Talk, select Support Ticket
