Player Protection Page
For the protection of customers at DataForce Fantasy Football, we recommend adherence to the following guidelines:
Protect your computer from use by others
You are responsible for adaquately protecting your DataForce account from unauthorized use. Please take appropriate steps to prevent unauthorized use of your computer or cell phone. This includes either logging off DataForce software when not actively participating, or using the auto-lock feature of your computer or device to prevent access.
Underage participants cannot play at DataForce
Participation in DataForce contests by underage contestants is not allowed. The minimum age for most states is 18. In Arizona and Massachusetts, the minimum age is 21. In Alabama and Nebraska, the minimum age is 19.
Periodically change your password
Cybersecurity experts suggest you change your password every three months.
Your login password can be changed new the bottom left of your My Account page.
For security reasons, your password cannot be retrieved if you have forgotten it. To set a new password, go to the Sign-In page, enter your email address, and CLICK TO RECEIVE EMAIL.
Account sharing is disallowed
Account sharing of your DataForce account is not allowed. One and only one account per customer, please!
If you would like to share the operation of your fantasy team(s) with another person, we recommend that person create their own account, and you then authorize a co-owner on your team(s). This can be done on your Owner->Setup page.
Join and pay for leagues directly
Please do not electronically join or pay for a league for any other contestant, and please personally join and pay for leagues that will be run on your account.
Self-restriction is available
DataForce is required by law to provide you access to a way to restrict contest entry, to help with your gaming budget. You can find a link on your My Account page to RESTRICT CONTEST ENTRY
This self-restriction page will help you set reasonable gaming limits, or disable contest entries entirely, for any period of time you wish.
Detecting unauthorized use
Please monitor your account, including player transactions in your leagues, for unauthorized use by another. We also recommend you review credit card statements and bank statements closely with an eye toward unintended payments made to DataForce, LLC or DataForce Fantasy Football.

How to retrieve your account history
Account transactions, including deposits, league purchases, prize winnings, and withdrawals, are never purged. You can see a full transaction listing from the beginning of your account creation by naviging to your My Account page and clicking on VIEW FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS.

How to file a complaint with DataForce
First, try to resolve the issue by emailing DataForce directly at [email protected].
If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction within 48 hours, you can submit a formal complaint, which will initiate an investigation into the issue.
