Training Popups

Here's a list of all the training popups you will see, if you leave them running long enough. Each one will appear only once, and only when the time is right to see it. Read them all here if you'd rather, and then disable the popups on your My Account page.

If you haven't yet, be sure to set your team name and personalize it with a team icon or helmet at the Owner→Setup page.	DataForce has started periodically using popup hint windows like this one to help you learn our software. If you already know everything about DataForce, you can disable Hint Popups on your My Account page, and re-enable them at any time.	You will use an online wallet to pay for leagues. Deposit money at any time into your account, using your My Account page, and then spend that money in the Lobby to pay for the leagues of your choice.
Joining a league in the lobby will move the league to your My Leagues page, even though you're not committing to play. Pay later if you wish. But it's when multiple people PAY for a league that it entices other to join and pay. Go ahead and pay with confidence, knowing that you can leave the league at any time prior to it filling.	DataForce operates on two software platforms: Full-Screen and Mobile. If you are using a mobile device, the software will automatically choose Mobile. Our mobile app also uses the Mobile interface. If you prefer to use the full-screen interface on your mobile devices too, change the Mobile Preference setting on your My Account page.	There are two software Hubs to get familiar with: Administration and Team Manager. You can toggle between the two hubs with the large buttons at the top of your page. The Administration hub lets you deposit money, buy leagues, set up your own profile, read our rules, and more. The Team Manager hub is for managing your team once you're in a league.
Time display on DataForce is driven by your selected time zone. Draft times are shown in the time zone you choose. It's important to make sure you have selected the correct time zone on your My Account page.	Look for the little bubbles throughout the website. You can mouse over these bubbles (or touch them on the mobile version) for a quick explanation.	Look for the help button for notes and instructions on most pages.
At the top left is a thumbnail of Coach Blitz, who is featured in lots of our training videos. Just click on him to watch videos about our software, or look for near the top of each page that says VIDEO.	Tired of seeing these tips? You can disable Hint Popups on your My Account page. You can re-enable them at any time. What you've seen so far has been pretty basic, but there will be some for even the most experienced users coming soon, especially as the football season progresses.	All dynasty league orphans at DataForce are for-sale-by-owner from January through May on our Orphan Marketplace. DataForce does not receive any income for the sale of orphans, whether from the marketplace or our annual Orphan Auction.
Because DataForce page display is dynamic, your browser buttons to go backward and forward through past pages doesn't always work. Instead, get used to using the ←GoBack link (full-screen version) or the arrow (mobile version) to return to the prior page.	Got a question about your league? The best way to get help is by submitting Support Ticket at Talk→SupportTicket. Be sure to be logged into the correct league first.	Did you know you can earn $12 bonus money for referring your friends? Make a note of your Referral Number on your My Account page, and pass it to your friends. When they create an account and deposit money using your referral number, $12 in bonus money will be added to your account.
DataForce often 'boosts' a league's prizes to help it fill by adding bonus money. If you'd like to be on a list to receive email notifications of prize boosts, check the box on your My Account page.	DataForce has a mobile app! Download it here or get it at Google Play or the Apple store by searching for DataForce Fantasy Football.	DataForce offers leagues hosted on both DataForce and MyFantasyLeague. See the listings at the bottom of the lobby for MyFantasyLeague options. Then check out the slight differences in rules for these leagues.
You can prepare a custom draft list ahead of your draft if you like. This list will be available for drafting in all your drafts, by sorting with the Rank radio button on the email draft page or live draft room.	Remember, changing a bid changes the time on your bid! Since the first to bid wins any tie, you don't want to change your bids any more than necessary.	If your league is hosted on MyFantasyLeague, all player moves must be made on that software. But you can view your league on DataForce, if the two site databases are kept in sync. DataForce syncs with MyFantasyLeague only once every 12 hours, but you can sync the two databases yourself at any time at MyTeams→RefreshFromMFL.
If you haven't done it yet, be sure to specify your contact settings for system emails and text messages on the Owner→Setup page .	Curious how other teams are drafting? Check out the draft boards of prior drafts. You can find this link on the home page.	If you hear and see a little bell ringing, it means one of your teams needs attention. Click the bell to see your alarms. Don't want to hear the bell? You can turn it off on the Owner→Setup page.
Trading future-year picks on MyFantasyLeague must first be enabled. Visit your Keepers→PrepayNextYear page to make the required partial prepayment and enable trading future-year picks.	Joining leagues with friends and family is just fine! However, you are required to disclose certain relationships with other players to be able to trade with them. Relationships between players are listed on the Trade→Relationships page.	A little trash talk is fine, but threats, repeatedly berating, or insults against classes of people, is not. Please report abuse here so we can keep our leagues fun and friendly.
DataForce offers private and semi-private leagues too! Contact us to set up an invitational league.	YOU choose your league name and annual draft date for multi-year leagues! Visit the Owner→LeagueVotes page to nominate league names, and then revisit it again once the season begins to vote on those names and on next year's draft.	Did you know you can keep notes on each of your teams? Just go to the dashboard page and click on the notepad icon near the top. Once you start taking notes, that notepad will also be available on your My Teams page, so you can see all teams at once that have notes.
ADP stands for Average Draft Position. You can see how players are being drafted for your type of league on the Draft→ADP page.	Want to see all the teams in your league's live scoring display? Click ALL MY DATAFORCE TEAMS at the top of the Live Scoring page and choose the league you want from the drop down. This is the only way you'll be able to select Tin Baby leagues for display.	All player trades in DataForce leagues are examined, but you can ask for a review of any trade that happens in your league that you think is suspicious. Click the link at the bottom of the trade notification email you receive. This will automatically email the trade details to your leaguemates and to ten 'peers' to collect votes and feedback, after which the commissioner will rule on whether the trade should be allowed.
For your privacy, DataForce does not list customer names in its leagues, only initials. However, you can customize this display and let others recognize you across leagues by using a 'handle', which will take the place of your initials. Set your handle on the Owner→Setup page.	Requesting a review of a trade on MyFantasyLeague is a little tricky. You must make the request from the DataForce site, at Trades→RequestMFLreview.	On many pages, clicking on a player name will link to a third-party site with information about that player. To change your preferred player analysis site, visit your Owner→Setup page.
When a player is dropped from a team, he goes to Waivers and remains there until the next Wednesday night blind bidding. After waivers clear each Wednesday night, players who receive no bids are moved to Free Agency, and anyone can pick them up.	Leagues on MyFantasyLeague use Conditional Bidding to place waiver bids. Be sure you understand how to set conditional bids, or you will not get the players you want!	DataForce rules say that a player picked up and dropped in the same week is not locked, but is available for pickup. MyFantasyLeague does not support this feature, but you can contact us to have any player unlocked who meets this criteria.
On Tuesday night, DataForce may adjust your lineup with Helpful Roster Moves, or notify you of problems with your lineup. The purpose of these moves is to help keep abandoned teams competitive. If you find this feature unhelpful, you can disable Helpful Roster Moves on your Owner→Setup page.	Curious about how a waiver claim was processed. Maybe you didn't get the player you expected? Check Waivers→OriginalBids to see how how the bids were placed, and then see Waivers→BiddingHistory to detail the results.	If your live scoring changed after the games ended, it's because we audit stats every evening for each day's games. Check League→ScoringAudit to see what may have changed.
DataForce expects all team owners to participate. If you appear to have abandoned your team, making no player moves for multiple weeks, then after several attempts to contact you, we reserve the right to give your team away to another customer to keep the league competitive.	Curious how your team stacks up against your opponent this week? Owner→Matchups will let you compare projected points for the games in your league.	Check out The Wonk for projections to help with drafting, setting lineups, waiver selections, and trade evaluations. The Wonk is already tailored for and linked directly to your league on DataForce.
As you set your lineup each week, the numbers in the [brackets] show projected fantasy points this week for each player. The provider of these projections can be changed on this page, and you can also change your default projections on your Owner→Setup page.	If you just want to drop a player and can't figure out how, visit the FreeAgent→Add/Drop page. You don't have to pick anyone up; you can just drop someone from your team if you choose.	When player news comes out, you sometimes have to react quickly in several leagues at once. Owner→PlayerSearch is your friend when this happens. You can quickly learn the status of any player in all your leagues at once.
Concerned that you may not be receiving newsletters and other email notifications from us? These emailings can be important for managing your teams. On your My Account page, make sure you have the appropriate boxes checked. Then check your spam folder, and if any emails from us are landing there, make sure to whitelist our email address.	I'm sure you're curious about how the teams in this league have fared in past years. Visit the League→Trophies page to see.	There are several ways to see this league's activity and results for prior years, but the easiest is to click the links in the middle column of your dashboard. (Multi-year leagues only.)
Tanking games is illegal and unnecessary. Losing, or setting weak lineups, does not help your draft position next year in multi-year leagues. If you intentionally try to lose a game to help another team, we will suspend you according to our fair-play rules.	For leagues that allow trading, the trade deadline is Saturday night of week 11.	Two teams make the playoffs based on total points scored, regardless of standings. You are never mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.
Playoffs for most leagues begin in week 15. (Contender league playoffs begin week 13.) Click the HELP button at the top left of your League→Standings page to learn how playoff brackets are seeded.	If you missed the playoffs, you're not done! You can still win bonus money in your league's Toilet Bowl.	Beginning in week 14, all dropped players except kickers and defenses will remain permanently out of play. (Not applicable to Dynasty, Legacy, Guillotine or MFL-hosted leagues.)
DataForce offers NFL playoff leagues too! Find them in the lobby now. Draft the players on teams that you think will go furthest into the playoffs for the best chances.	Wondering why you can't find a player? Check out the League→Players page to learn his status.	DataForce offers a Trade Balancer, called a trade bar, that helps determine whether a trade is likely to be reviewed. This bar appears on the trade offer and the trade acceptance pages; your league mates and trade reviewers do not see it.
DataForce uses a Potential Points calculation to determine draft order next year in dynasty and keeper leagues. Check your League Standings page to see how you rank. Potential Points stop accumulating after week 14.	Tell everyone in your league who you are willing to trade and what you want for him on your Trades→TradeBait page.	Got a suggestion for a change to your league setup before next year? This is a great time to announce a new league poll.
Visit our home page in February or March to take part in our annual survey. These poll results will be used to enhance our leagues with rules and/or software changes. Got an idea for the survey? Now is the time to tell us!	You can split prize winnings with other teams in your league with a pre-arranged deal. Both teams must write to [email protected] explaining the agreement.
